Work records

Work records in My records shows the stored work records for the logged-in user. Records are shown from the first day of the current month until the current day.

Below is a description of the form’s features:

Close all/Open all Closes all entries and displays only the dates or expands all dates to display all work obligation entries.
(Show/Hide) Enables you to select the columns to be shown. The following columns can be selected:

(Date) – Today

Date of work obligation entry.

(Date) – Day (planned time)

Shows planned working hours. This means that an employee can check for any day in the future to which shift they have been assigned to (morning, afternoon, night shift, etc.), for example:

Planned working hours is also recorded for past dates.

IMPORTANT

Planned hours are displayed, provided that the following settings have previously been defined:

  • The Planned hours column is selected in the column selection.
  • A future date or a future period is selected in the Search engine.

Work obligations

Shows the icon and name for a work obligation in the line.

The list of employee work obligations can be customized and defined in Settings | Work records.

(Note)

Displayed on hovering over the line with the mouse.
Clicking on the (Note) icon opens a pop-up window to enter a note for the specific work obligation. It is later shown in the line.

(Location) Displayed on hovering over the line with the mouse, shows information on the work obligation location, e. g. a department.

Department

Department in which the employee currently works.
A different department can be selected in case if the employee worked in a department different from their default job department and this needs to be marked for work records and payroll preparation in PANTHEON.

(Start – End)

Each line in the work records shows the start and end time of the respective work obligation and its duration.

The totals for each day, for the actual hours (left column) and the accounted hours (right column) are also displayed.

Hovering over the timeline shows the total time for each work obligation.

IMPORTANT

The clock display depends on the language settings in Chrome (chrome://settings/languages). If the selected language is English (US), the clock will be displayed in 12-hour format with AM/PM labels.

(Balance)

On hovering over the Info icon, the total for each day with the balance between the planned, the actual and the accounted hours is displayed.
