Design – Workflow elements/blocks

A diagram element is something that you put inside a workflow diagram. It can be a block that performs a specified operation, a transition, or a special element that controls the execution flow, like a connector or a fork.
To add an element to a diagram, select one from the groups and then click on the grid in the position where you want to insert the element. After selecting the element, you can also adjust it to a desired size on the grid.
These blocks can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the Design panel.
Workflow elements in PANTHEON are divided into different groups according to their functionality:

- Workflow blocks (default) – All the common elements in a workflow where work is performed: decisions, tasks, transitions, scripts, approvals etc. Tasks define what work is performed, while transitions and decisions define the process.
- PANTHEON Forms blocks – Blocks for operations used only inside of PANTHEON in relation to the database.
- Input/Output blocks – Blocks for operations where data is either received from an external source (outside of PANTHEON) or sent out from PANTHEON.
- Goods/Orders blocks – Blocks for operations or document transfers within the Goods/Orders modules.
- DMS blocks – Blocks for operations related to Documentation, either for receiving files into Documentation or sending them out.
