Sending SMS and e-mails

On Reception in Wizard, we choose the option Send SMS or Email. A window for sending SMS and E-mail opens. 

With this functionality, we can send an SMS or Email to our customers when we have important information or campaigns for our services.

1. Criteria

For sending SMS and e-mails, we can enter a criterion that will offer us owners who match the selected criteria.

Item	The SMS or Email can be limited according to one or more Items.
Name	Enter the name or the item, for witch we wish to create the SMS or Email.
Prim.Categ.	SMS or Email can be limited to certain primary classifications. The classification of an item is data, included in the Item register.
Sec.Categ.	SMS or Email can be limited to certain secondary classifications. The classification of an item is data, included in the Item register.
Owner	SMS or Email can be limited to an individual owner. Which can be searched by last and first name.
Post Code	SMS or Email can be limeted to the Post Code.
Municipality	SMS or Email can be limeted to the Municipality.
Holding	SMS or Email can be limited to the Holding.
County	SMS or Email can be limited to the Country.
Animal ID	SMS or Email can be limited according to the Animal ID.
Name	SMS or Email can be limited according to the animal name.
Animal Type	SMS or Email can be limited according to the animal type.
Animal Categ.	SMS or Email can be limited according to the animal category.
Breed	SMS or Email can be limited according to the animal breed.
Status	SMS or Email can be limited according to the animal status. We can choose between: 1 - Alive 2 - Dead 3 - Inactive
Departments	SMS or Email can be limited according to one or more departments.
Veterinarian	SMS or Email can be limited according to the Veterinarian.
Clerk	SMS or Email can be limited according to the Clerk.
Treatment date from - to	SMS or Email can be limited according to date limit From - To
Payer	SMS or Email can be limited according to the Payer.
Vacctination type	SMS or Email can be limited according to the vaccination type.
Vaccination date from - to	SMS or Email can be limited according to vaccination date limit From- To.
Date of Birth from - to	SMS or Email can be limited according to date of Birth  limit From - To
	When we click on this button we get owners with selected criteria.

2. Tab SMS

By entering criteria and clicking on the Search button, you can see the list of all owners with an entered mobile phone number in the Animal owners register and with the consent that the veterinarian can send them SMS messages. 

Filterted owner list
Subject	The name of the subject  that made it to the list, based on the selected criteria.
Phone	The phone number of subject that made it to the list, based on the selected criteria.
Buttons	we move  Filtred owners to Selected owners.   we move all owners from filtered list to selected owners.  we move all owners from Selected  list back  to Filtred owners.  we move back Selected  owners to Filtred  owners.
Selected owners
Subject	Name of the subject that we choose from the Filtered owner list.
Phone	The phone number of the subject that was chosen from the filtered owner list.
SMS text	We can enter text manually or we choose from a list of templates.
	Click on this button we use the selected template.
	The selected template will be added to all selected owners.
	With a click on this button, we send the SMS. Sending SMS messages will only work correctly after you set up the correct workflow in the Administration Panel.
	When MS is sent we click the button referš and if the SMS was sent then the list of selected owners will be transferred to the tab History.

WARNING Owners in Filtered list be added only if data contain phone number in the Owner and Animal register, and consent do be informed. The latter is indicated by a tick next to data.

3. Tab Email

By entering criteria and clicking on the Search button, you can see the list of all owners with an entered emial address in the Animal owners register and with the consent that the veterinarian can send email. 

Filterted owner list
Subject	The name of the subject  that made it to the list, based on the selected criteria.
Email	The email address of subject that made it to the list, based on the selected criteria.
Buttons	we move  Filtred owners to Selected owners.   we move all owners from filtered list to selected owners.  we move all owners from Selected  list back  to Filtred owners.  we move back Selected  owners to Filtred  owners.
Selected owners
Subject	Name of the subject that we choose from the Filtered owner list.
Email	The email address of the subject that was chosen from the filtered owner list.
Template type	For sending emails we need to use template type "Animal Owner". In the dropdown, we will see only templates wtih this type.
Text	Field text is filled automaticalpy if we choose a template or we can alos enter text manully
Variabiles	If we enter text manually we can also use variables.
	We can also send emails to people added  in cc or bcc.
	With a click on this button, we send an email.

4. History

In tab history, we have the list of all sending SMS and emails.
