Documents and tasks

The Documents and tasks module allowş viewing all documents and tasks that have been entered into PANTHEON.
The digital format of the documents simplifies storage and search of a large number of documents and enables simple input. We scan the document, whereby some data are automatically read and sent to the database. All entered and filed documents are stored in certified or non-certified storage.
The Tasks module contains user requests that may be completed or not completed.
We have prepared a user manual with examples for easier understanding of the use of the Documents and tasks feature. We have divided the manual into the following chapters:
Documents |
When we want to import the read (scanned) document into the document system and connect it with the created document in PANTHEON, we create a new document. In this chapter, we have prepared examples of creating a new document and entering other data.

Tasks |
Tasks are tasks or reminders for users to carry out. They are either generated from business processes or manually. Tasks in the list can be completed or uncompleted. In this section, we have prepared a demonstration of a task list for you.
