Item lines
In Item lines panel in New FA Inventory you enter data about stock by inventory count directly into document lines, or you can first find the stock and then enter the total after the inventory count.
For a quick and easy entering of item product data, PANTHEON enables searching items by ID or name. Data can be entered or selected from the drop-down menu.

Below is a description of the form’s features:
When you find the right item, you can change its quantity. You can move between the field with the Tab key. The + button moves the item to lines.

Add fixed asset
|
You can search items/product by ID, name or supplier ID. The data can be entered manually or selected from the drop-down menu.

Quantity
|
After selecting an item, the default quantity is 1. You can change the quantity.
|
|
Location
|
Location of fixed assets from Locations register.
|
| Type |
Type of fixed assets:
Missing - Missing items in inveory count
New - New inveotry item
Moved - Item moved
Unchanged - Status of items is uncahnged
Destroyed - item was destoyed
Obsolete - not relevant item
For disposal - item ready for desposal
Unspecified - items for which we cant specify item type

By clicking button or the Enter key, the selected set with all data is added to lines.

Items added to lines are shown with the following columns:

|
The consecutive line number, automatically generated by the program.

Name
|
The name of the selected item; can also be changed.

Quantity
|
Quantity of fixed assets linked to this inventory number.

Type of fixed assets

Upon clicking the  icon, a window pops up for entering a note onto the document line. If there is a note in line, the icon colors white.

 (Delete)
|
Delete line.
