Če se v Šifrantu vrst dokumentov označi preklopnik Evidenčno. se ohrani vrsta dokumenta in se vidi v osnovnem meniju. Vnaša se lahko nove dokumente, ne more pa se ga avtomatsko knjižiti, ne pojavlja se na skladiščnem kartonu in nekaterih obračunih ipd.
