Prilikom ispostavljanja računa fizičkim osobama građanima ne možemo ispostaviti račun ukoliko nemamo OIB.

Ako je kupac fizička osoba, u šifrantu subjekta pod način prodaje mora biti označeno Krajnji kupac. U tom slučaju Pantheon neće tražiti OIB kod izdavanja računa.
