Kada dobijemo besplatne artikle uz redovnu pošiljku (artikli sa 100% rabatom), unosimo ih kao posebne stavke u prijemnici:
Unesemo stvarnu količinu i vrijednost prema proformi ili osnovici koju koristi carina.
Dodajemo istu stavku još jednom, ali sa 100% rabatom.
Zatim unosimo negativnu količinu sa poreznom tarifom NN, bez utjecaja na PDV evidenciju.
Time:
Isključujemo obavezu prema dobavljaču.
Ispravno iskazujemo poreznu osnovicu.
Oslobađamo zalihu za besplatni dio.
