Potrebno preko drivera kase odglaviti fiskalni račun, te provjeriti zašto se fiskalni zaglavio.
jedan od razloga zašto se to dešava jeste zbog toga što su u šifrantu subjekata, kod subjekta (dobavljač, kupac i slično) unijeti pogrešni podaci, kao na primjer JIB ili PDV broj su pogrešno unijeti, tj. imaju viška ili manjka jedan broj.
