PAW On Premise Invalid Database Alias

Pozdrav, imamo instaliran PAW OnPremis, na istom serveru na kojem se "vrti" i Pantheon baza. Prilikom logiranja putem PAW-a na sistem sa Pantheon userom, dešava se da chrome "vrti", 15-20 sekundi, i umjesto da ulogira korisnika on refresha login stranicu od PAW-a. U SQL logovima, za tog korisnika kaže login failed, Password did not match. Tek nakon 3-4 pokušaja korisnik se uspješno ulogira u sistem. Zašto se ovo događa? Također u Event Vieweru servera, javlja upozorenje, Wrong database alias, PAAS servis. U prilogu se screenshotovi. Verzija Pantheona i PAW-a je 10.0.35.10, build PAW Master baze je također 10.0.35.10, u PA folder sam kopirao Pantheon.exe build 10.0.35.10. Svi servisi rade: swagger na portu 9001, PAAS na 9004 i Workflow service na 9003 (traži unos kori i šifre), instalirana je PAW licenca. molim vas da mi pošaljete pass.ini na email (emirh@datalab.ba) kako bi provjerio da li je konfiguracijski file uredu.
Svakako mi se javite na email kako bi pristupili remote i rijesili problem.
