U šifarnik uzroka otpatka ulazimo dvoklikom na polje Uzrok otpatka prilikom prijema proizvoda na skladište iz procesa izrade radnog naloga. U šifarniku možemo kreirati, menjati, brisati unapred definisane vrste Uzroke otpatka.
