Na zalihi prikazana 4 komada, a na dokumentu izlaza prikazuje 3 komada. Artikli se vode po serijskim brojevima.

Rješenje problema je preračun statusa serijskih brojeva koje možemo uraditi na Roba -> preračun prometa -> status serijskih brojeva ili u šifrantu artikala na tabu serijski brojevi i klikom na dugme status ser. br.. Nakon toga program će osvježiti serijske brojeve i prikazivati tačnu zalihu istih.
