Ukoliko je u Kalendar/Vrsta zapisa unijeta šifra sa dva znaka, ne uvažava se boja u kalendaru odsutnosti.
Ukoliko je šifra vrste zapisa sa dva znaka, u kalendaru je razdoblje odsutnosti označeno crnom bojom, te različite odsutnosti nije moguće razlikovati.
