Kontakt osoba se označava kao aktivna ili neaktivna pomoću posebnog polja. Neaktivne kontakt osobe se ne brišu, ali se označavaju crvenom bojom i ne pojavljuju se u tabeli odabira prilikom unosa u dokumente.
