Zbirno izdavanje se upotrebljava posvuda gdje više dostavnica (otpremnica) kupcu fakturiramo jednim računom. Osnovna značajka zbirnog računa je da ne utječe na stanje skladišta (tu ulogu za njega preuzima interno izdavanje), a spada u porezne evidencije i osnova je za knjiženje potraživanja od kupaca.
Dostavnice kreirane jednim i samo jednim internim izdavanjem, možemo na taj način i fakturirati.
