Molim Vas,
sta bi mogao biti razlog da mi u jednoj bazi ne radi mogucnost multiizbora konta u modulu novac/obracuni npr. kod bruto bilansa, konto kartice i sl, a u drugoj bazi ta mogucnost radi.

Ovdje je problem na toj bazi, teško je identifikovati grešku bez pregleda stanja lično.
Vi što možete jeste provjeriti referencijalni integritet.

A da li kloniranje baze(preko AK/baza podataka/postavke pred)podrazumjeva kreiranje novih tabela/struktura
u novoj bazi - i da li bi to eventualno popravilo ostecenje na bazi...?

Ne, kloniranje podrazumjeva samo kopiranje postojece baze, sto znaci sve ostaje isto.
