Calculation function may be used with the following entry types to the register:
1. so as to simplify the calculation of the increased or decreased acquisition value and value adjustment of fixed asset (for example see Upward and downward revaluation calculation)
2. so as to simplify the calculation of disposal of upward or downward revaluation (for example see Disposal of upward and downward revaluation):

With all the specified ways you can change the value of a fixed asset you have to establish (calculate) from the valuer's estimate the acquisition value and value adjustment of upward or downward revaluation so that you may use common depreciation rate so as to calculate depreciation of acquisition value and value for revaluation. |

the inventory number of the fixed asset for which you are calculating new values |
Current Values
Current Values of the fixed asset as can be found in the register. |
Cost |
Value Cost of the fixed asset as can be found in the register. |
Accumulated Depreciation |
Accumulated depreciation of the fixed asset as can be found in the register. |
nDifference |
The difference between the cost and accumulated depreciation (=accounting value or carrying value). |
New Values
New set of values to be entered to a new item of the fixed asset register. The data are interconnected - if you enter one piece of data, the others shall be calculated automatically.

Cost |
Value Cost that shall be entered in the new status item of the fixed asset register. |
Accumulated Depreciation |
Accumulated depreciation that shall be entered in the new status item of the field asset register. |
Difference |
The difference between the cost and accumulated depreciation (it shall be calculated from both of the above mentioned records to status item of the field asset register). |
OK  |
With it you confirm the entered or rather calculated new values and so enter them in the new status item of the fixed asset register. |
Confirm/post  |
With it you confirm and then post the new values to a new status item of the fixed asset register. You can basically do two things in onw step:
- enter new values in the fixed asset register (as by the Confirm button)
- and post them as well (just like by using the Post line from value tab function from the right mouse click menu)
