Fixed Assets - Movement
We follow assets movements between different location in this panel. Data in panel form the basis for the inventory count.

The sequential number of the item. |
Location |
You may select fixed asset from the locations register. Information shall prove expecially useful by inventory count of fixed assets. |
Company |
You may select a company, in which fixed asset can be found, from the subject register.

Department |
You may select the department that is debited by costs of fixed asset. This data is used by the program in automatic posting of depreciation and revaluation. |
Cost Ctr. |
You may select the cost driver that is debited by costs of fixed asset. This data is used in automatic posting of fixed assets to the general ledger with the selected method of posting by departments and cost drivers. |
Date of issue |
You can select the date of issue of fixed asset to some other location. This data is used in calculation and posting to the general ledger according to the selected method of posting.

Expected return |
You may select the date when fixed asset shall be returned. |
Returned |
We select the date when fixed assets was returned (if it was). |
Quantity |
Quantity 1 is entered by default. In case when collective tracking of fixed assets or small tools you may manually enter the data larger then 1. |
Clerk |
Depending on the corresponding setting the program offers the user that logged in the program as clerk or it may offer the clerk which can be found in the customer register.
The setting in the Program parameters determines whether you can modify (select a clerk) this field. |
Note |
You may enter any note whatsoever. |
Data entered in this tab are essential for posting types:
- 6 - Cost center from Location tab
- 7 - Department and cost center from FA Location panel according to individual locations
- 8 - Department from FA Location panel according to individual locations
- 9 - Cost center from FA Location panel according to individual locations

The dates and quantities entered in this tab are the basis for depreciation calculation. To ensure correct depreciation calculation, the entries must be in chronological order and the total quantity must be in line with the quantity in the fixed asset header. |
When posting types 6-9 are selected a warning is displayed in case of an incorrect entry. The type of warning depends on the error type:
