Subjects

The Subjects register is one of the most frequently used registers. It includes all data about subjects involved in the business process (legal entities, individuals, employees, etc.). You can open it directly from the menu or by pressing the F11 function key.
Here are contained all subjects that can be entered into a document, regardless whether they are customers, suppliers, carriers, or other.
The tree view of the Subjects register has several nodes. Some nodes have a checkbox, where you can select whether the current subject is a customer, supplier, bank, municipality, warehouse, department. Every subject is usually at least one of the above, but it can of course belong into multiple groups. For example, a customer can be a supplier at the same time. The other nodes are used to enter additional information (notes, etc.).
