Fixed Assets - Right Mouse Click

In the right mouse click menu of  tab Value you can find:

• Post this line - The function of automatic posting of the entered balance items is performed according to the entry type in the Balance panel of the fixed assets register. You may post the following entry types to the fixed assets register: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.
• Batch post lines - The function of automatic posting of individual entry types to the fixed asset register: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.
• Calculate - It includes both the calculation as well as posting of value for upward and downward revaluation together with their reversal.
• Disposal of fixed assets- This is a function of batch posting of disposal of fixed assets with the reversal of upward or down ward revaluation of fixed asset.
• Restore depreciation - function to restore depreciation calculation can be triggered from tab Value.
• Partial deactivation -  trigger a function for posting of partial deactivation of fixed assets. It opens new window to do that.
• Delete FA disposal -  function to delete one or more records of type 6 - Disposal of fixed assets. When deleting a journal for the liquidation of type 6 records remain in the tab Value. Through this wizard we can collectively delete such records of type 6 if journal for the liquidation deleted.
• Create invoice for fixed asset sale - it displayed when we right click the mouse button on position of entry type 6 - Disposal of fixed assets. The function helps us create the sales invoice for fixed asset.
