Special Reports

 

The Reports form allows you to create custom reports from dashboard components, text, OLAP cube, PlanningAd-Hoc analysis, etc. Such reports can be prepared and updated periodically and exported in different formats. 

You can use out-of-the-box ZEUS Dashboard reports or create custom report. Reports can be the saved to computer or sent via email or web service.

The form contains a header (see number 1 in the picture below) and three tabs (see number 2 in the picture below). There are additional tools available in the form’s toolbar.

1. Form header

This section of the form contains ID and name of the report.

ID

Enter the ID of the report.

Show key on report

If checked, the ID is displayed on the report.

Name

Enter the name of the report.

Show name on report

If checked, the name is displayed on the report.

2. Tabs

In this section of the form, there are three tabs:

  • Header – contains a basic information about the report.
  • Components – enables you to add different components to the report.
  • Export – enables you to define export settings for the report.

3. Toolbar

There are additional tools to be found in the toolbar by clicking on:

  • Wizards – contains wizards to create PANTHEON shortcut or task in task scheduler that enables user to prepare automated reports.
  • Import/Export Datacan be used to transfer pre-prepared reports from the web service.
