Inventory count

With PANTHEON Web Light, you can do the inventory count either at the end of the year – once a year, or for any other shorter reporting periods.

In the Inventory count module, you can find:

After an inventory count is done and entered into the (computer) system, the stock count has to be compared with the stock in (computer) system records. The comparison is between the new, actually counted stock and the count specified in stock cards.

After entering inventory count for a specific warehouse and confirming it, the program automatically creates a suitable document if it encounters any inconsistencies: it can be either an inventory excess or an inventory shortage.
