Presently, PANTHEON officially supports Robotina Artis controllers, that is, it works with Robotina Artis database and manufacturing information system. Call up Robotina Artis using the icon for importing/exporting data in Process Work Orders.

The controllers Robotina enable you to automatically monitor completed work in individual work orders. The collected data on completed work are transferred to PANTHEON database using Robotina Artis database and corresponding API.

To put it in simpler terms:

  1. (PANTHEON) Set Artis database in Administration Panel.
  2. (PANTHEON) Launch packet transfer mode on unplanned operations, employees and work orders including operations.
  3. (PANTHEON) Check Interactive Data Transfer in order to synchronize data between PANTHEON and Artis.
  4. (PANTHEON) Create and edit work orders. Print related work documentation with integrated barcode and submit it to manufacturing.
  5. (Artis) Using controllers with work documentation you can collect data on completed work for individual work orders.
  6. (PANTHEON) The collected data are then transferred from Artic to PANTHEON.

Before being able to use the API for data transfer, you have to set the parameters in the Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Manufacturing | Controllers accordingly.

Having set the parameters, you can perform data transfer between PANTHEON and Robotina Artis  by clicking 52317.gif and selecting 52318.gif in Process Work Orders.

PANTHEON -> Robotina Artis

Transfer data from PANTHEON to Robotina Artis database. Check one of the following packet transfer modes:

  • WO and Operations: Transfers data on work orders and operations.
  • Management Operations: Transfers items and descriptions of operations in case of unplanned operations.
  • Employees: Transfers data on employees to controller.

Check or uncheck the option for interactive synchronizing of data between PANTHEON and Robotina Artis databases by clicking:

  • Interactive Data Transfer: In case you checked interactive data transfer proceeding in direction Pantheon->Robotina Artis, they get transferred by any changes made in PANTHEON. Here are transferred lines of work orders which were created automatically when removing records from work orders: 52320.gif

Transfers data from controller to PANTHEON and removed records of completed work to work orders. Select:

  • Completed Work: By using it you can transfer data on completed work from Robotina Artis database to PANTHEON's database and remove records to work orders.

Below are listed possible situations that may occur when trying to perform data transfer from Robotina Artis database to PANTHEON:

  • In case an error occurs a list of errors appears. Before continuing you have to remove the errors and repeat the procedure.
  • In case of an unforeseen error occurring an error message appears and information are recorded to  DataLabError files, which you can later view in the Administration Panel | Database | Data Errors
  • When transfer completes successfully a window with protocol of created issue slips appears and data are recorded in PANTHEON's database.

Data transfer from Artis to PANTHEON can only be performed when all data are correct. If an error occurs, remove it first before trying to proceed.

In PANTHEON you can view, process and analyze data transferred from Rate. Of course, any transferred data can impact other data as is the case for example a stage in WO processing, valuating WOs, payroll accounting, etc. This can be most easily observed in:

  • Finished Work Analysis: Here you are able to view, analyze and display collected data on completed work.
  • Linked Documents: The  Issues panel contains all documents of internal issues that were created while processing WOs. Here belong also issue slips of operations containing completed work.
  • Cost Analysis: Here you can monitor what was the cost of completed work in production of individual products in work orders.
