Help


The Help module enables access to various types of help when using PANTHEON.
Help includes written user instructions, video tutorials or courses, access to remote support, or support through AION, an AI helper that pulls information from all sources.
The menu also includes a card with data about your version of the PANTHEON program.

AION
If you are unable to navigate the instructions or have specific questions, you can direct them to AION, our virtual UserSite helper.

IMPORTANT
- The Help feature can also be accessed from most PANTHEON forms by clicking the ? button in the toolbar.
- When accessing help directly from a form, PANTHEON directs you to the help pertaining to that specific form/field.
- E.g. if you access Help from the Classification Scheme form, the instructions, video tutorials, questions, answers, etc. shown will pertain to the Classification Scheme.

Remote Support
|
Remote support enables a support worker to use your desktop (computer) at the same time as you. The feature also enables connection between users.

Help Desk
|
Link to the Help Desk for submitting a help ticket.

AION
|
AION is an AI helper that takes information from the knowledge base, user manuals, technical instructions, video tutorials, news, and other knowledge databases.
AION helps you find suitable instructions, directs you in your work, and advises you in business matters.
