Menu

Menu tab allows to customize PANTHEON main menu for the selected user.
The form can be accessed by clicking the individual user on the Users panel in Administration Panel.

The form is made up of certain elements, which we describe below.

In this section, you can copy menu structure from other principal and edit menu permissions.
(Restore Defaults)

By clicking, reset to previous settings. The undo table is not deleted, so any changes to the menu settings are recorded and can be restored to the previous settings.

(Refresh Main Menu)
|
By clicking, menu refreshing is conducted.

HINT
The same functionality is in the Wizard of Administration Panel.

From the drop-down list select the principal (user) from which you want to copy menu structure.

(Copy from Selected)
|
By clicking, menu settings is copied from selected principal to user, which is log in into program.
|
(Group)
|
If the user is a member of a group, by clicking, their settings are copied to the group and apply to all users who are members of the group.

Show menues without permissions
|
If checked ( ), in the menu, sub-items without rights are shown, but they are greyed out (inactive). The main menu remain the same colour.
The checkbox is unchecked by default.

HINT
Check box is visible only on the user logged into the program.

In this section, you can hiden menu items or change the order in the menu structure.
 |
HINT
You can change the order in the menu tree structure using the 'drag&drop' method.

Hidden
|
If checked ( ), user not to see Menu Item.
Hidden menu items are colored red.

Changed
|
Checkbox is enabled ( ), if there is any change made to default Menu Item.

HINT
Use ‘Reset’ function with right click on the menu tree structure, to undo changes to default value.

Permission
|
Check box is enabled ( ), if there is a sufficient permission in Authorizations for Menu Item: Read, Write or Delete.
If there's null permission, parameter Permissions is disabled.

Right click with the mouse on menu tree structure offers:
Hide
|
Hide selected menu item. Hidden menu item is colored red and parameter in grid is enabled.

Show
|
Hidden menu item is changed to visible state.
|
Reset
|
Reset or restore menu item to system Menu default.
|
Full Expand
|
Expand the menu tree structure in its entirety.
|
Full Collapse
|
Colapse the menu tree structure in its entirety.

HINT
