In this panel Panel you can followj, which Real Estate employee is renting. You can enter data for several Real Estate for specific period. Data is needed to report about Real Estate on REK-1 form, after 1.1.2014.
You have to enter fields:

Current Number of Real Estate is generated by program after confirmation. In Payroll Preparation, you choose this in the column Real Estate ID, we can chose individual earning type for this ID number of the real estate.

Period From
|
You can select period from, when employee has started renting real estate and you will report that in a form.

Period to
|
You can select period when renting is complete and you will not make a report.
|
|
ID and Name of Cadastral Area
|
You enter ID and a name of cadastral area.

Parcel No.
|
You enter parcel number.
|
|
Building No.
|
In this field you enter building number.
|
|
Earn. Type
|
In this field you enter erning type to which Id of real estate is transfered in payroll preparation.

|
Calc. in Doc. Type
|
You can select sort of documents in which erning type and real estate ID is automatically transfered at payroll preparation.
