PDM - 1 Form

You access this window in the Menubar | Personnel | Forms | PDM-1 (form), and it opens a window for choosing a Vacancy notice (For employee or By trainee). According to the The Employment and Insurance Against Unemployment Act  the organisation or employers are obliged to send this form to Employment Service within 8 days after deciding for a new employee.

Window of Form PDM-1 is divided to two panels boxes:

• Panels with boxes 1 - 15 and
• Panels with boxes 16-25
