Settings

For correct and reliable functioning of Datalab PANTHEON, IT IS CRITICAL to configure it correctly. To make this task as simple as possible, many registers are already pre-defined and included in the installation. The pre-defined data can be changed, deleted, or added as required to suit the requirements and nature of your work.

It is recommended that you read this chapter carefully before starting to work with the program package so as to understand the meaning and role the registers have.

Settings and registers are organized as follows:

Subjects: registers related to subjects	Subjects, where you can use the Import Exchange Rates function. Subject Types Countries Currencies Some registers are not directly accessible through menus. They can be opened by double-clicking the fields where the data from them can be selected: Postal Codes Activity Codes Classification of Institutional Sectors (CIS)
Items: registers related to items	Items Item Types Category Units of Measurement Formula Testing for Pricing Serial Number Templates, Import Price List, Quick Pricing Fixed Prices The following function also belongs here: Find Item
Manufacturing: registers related to manufacturing	Resources Specifications Calendar Regulations Some registers are not directly accessible through menus. They can be opened by double-clicking the fields where the data from them can be selected: Reasons for Delay
Personnel: registers registers related to human resources management	Employment Time Terminal Leave Daily Allowances and Mileage Rate Payroll Health and Safety at Work
Calendar: registers related to calendar entries	Calendar Entry Types
Financials: registers related to accounting and finances	Chart of Accounts Payment Methods Tax Types Inflows/Outflows (abroad) Distribution Keys Interest Rates Financial Reports Templates for Automatic Posting Depreciation Categories Revaluation Categories; by double-clicking the fields where data from them can be selected opens the following registers: Fixed Asset Status Functional States of Fixed Assets Fixed Asset Groups by double-clicking you can access and edit Payment Orders register: Reference Codes Cost and Income Register Reference Templates Bank Branches
