Foreigners
In the Foreigners panel you can track data about foreigners:
Work Permit
| Number |
In this field you can enter the number of employee's work permit in your company. We can enter up to 40 characters. |
| Issuer |
In this field you can select from the lookup list the issuer of the work permit. |

If you double-click the Issuer field, the program will open the register of Work Permit Issuers. If required you can supplement the register with an ID and name of an issuer! |
| Valid From |
In this field you can enter the date from which on the work permit is valid. |
| (Valid) To |
In this field you can enter the date to which the work permit is valid. |
| Unlimited |
If the validity of the work permit is not limited, you can select the Unlimited option. If so, the program will not allow you to enter the To field. In M forms, the program will display the information in the following form: >>99999999<<.

In this field we can insert Type of permit. |
Residence Permit
Valid From/to

In this field you can enter the date to which your employee's residence permit is valid. |
Unlimited
|
If the validity of the residence permit is not limited, you can select the Unlimited option. If so, the program will not allow you to enter the Valid Until field. |
Residentship
|
Country
|
In this field you can select a country from the lookup list. |
