Vacancies
Here you can enter, modify and delete available vacancies. The panel is linked with the Personnel module. It consists of the following subpanels:
| Vacancy Notice |
Displays a vacancy notice ID. |
| Application Deadline |
Set a deadline of application. |
| Responsible |
Enter or select a person responsible for publishing available vacancies and conducting job interviews. The superior recorded in the General panel is set by default. |
| Internal |
Set date when the vacancy notice was published internally. It is entered automatically after selecting Publish Internally from wizards menu. |
| PD-1 |
Set date when the vacancy notice was published at employment office. It is entered automatically after selecting Publish at Employment Office from wizards menu. |
| Company Homepage |
Set date when the vacancy notice was published on company homepage. It is entered automatically after selecting Publish on Company Webpage from wizards menu. |
| Winning Applicant |
Displays a winning applicant's ID. Double-click the field to open the corresponding Applicants form. |
