PANTHEON's usability is extended with web portals that provide userful information and host the PANTHEON online community. There are two portals:

User SIte (https://usersite.datalab.eu/) The User Site contains PANTHEON documentation in written and video form and other information, other support mechanisms like HelpDesk and Remote Support, as well as forums and blogs.
Developer Site (https://developer.datalab.eu) The Developer Site contains information about PANTHEON's database structure, program logic (stored procedures, functions, triggers, views), documentation for developers, forums, blogs and videos.

Those web portals are an important addition to your ERP system and provide a wealth of information. They simplify the use of a complex program and reduce the need for external support. If you do need support, it is easiest and fastest to report your issue to HelpDesk or through Remote Support with your support provider. We strongly recommend visiting at least the User Site, which will help you getting to know PANTHEON.
