Adding Material, machinery and workers

Adding Resources and Material

1. Resources rules:

  • Resources are added to individual task by drag&drop from Resource&Material Codebooks (right-located)
  • Within expert model it is recommended to add only resource types
  • Added resource could be assinged as parent resource (drag&drop directly) or as a child resource (drag&drop onto existing parent resources)
  • Deleting of parent resource results in deleting of all assigned resources & material
  • Every assigned resource takes over data about Needed time/ha from task
  • Changes of task norm up-dates Plan Time QTY for all resources. 

 

 

Resource ID  Selection of Resource or Resource type from Resource & Material codebooks.
Res. Type Automatically displayed Resource type as defined on Agriculture holding - Resources - Agriculture machinery and Equipment or  Workers. 
Name

Entered automatically after drag&drop of resource type or individual resource.
Plan Time Qty Copied data from task = Needed time/ha; editable
Note  Entering notes 

2. Material rules:

  • Material is assigned by drag&drop process
  • Material could be assigned only to parent resource
  • When data about Fuel are recorded in task, automatically an ident type FUEL_EV & QTY is display for Machinery resources.
