The Sales panel is intended for sales planning or entering of the planning sales data.

At the top you can see a "Show" combobox, which enables you to select if you want to see your plan by Quantities or by Values.

Planning is done for each cell in upper (main) grid. Once you click on cell in upper grid, ne (detailed) grid will appear at the bottom where you record actual planning data.

1. Main Table

Line It displays the consecutive line number. It is assigned automatically by 10s, which makes subsequent line inserting easier. You can also change it manually.
No. By clicking the 019291.gif icon a note opens where you can enter any given text, relating to the line of the main table. If this 019292.gif icon is used it means that the note was entered.
Line name Here you can enter any given name of the line describing it.
(plan period) By clicking the plan period cells you open the detailed (bottom) table where you can enter planning data. These cells represent the total value or quantity exclusively.


You can export the main table to Excel simply by clicking the  button.

The MS Excel is opened automatically (if installed on the computer). The current scope of the main table is also loaded to the Excel worksheet.

2. Detailed Table

No. It displays the consecutive line number from detailed planning. It is assigned autoamtically by 10s, which makes it easierfor any subsequent inserting of lines. You can also change it manually.
Note By clicking the 019291.gif icon a note opens where you can enter any text, relating to the detailed planning line. This 019292.gif icon means that the note is entered.
Quantity Here you can enter the planned sales quantity.
Value Here you enter the planned sales value.
Price Here you enter the planned price.
Discount Here you enter the planned discount.
Currency Select the currency in which the entered value was made. If you checked the Planning in Primary Currency Only checkbox in the General panel, the field is hidden.
Packages Here you enter number of planned ackages.
Package price Here you enter the planned price of package.
Customer Here is displayed the customer from the Subjects register for which you plan selling of goods. This information is not obligatory. the data is excluded if the Region, Country and Customer Type fields are entered. If you checked the 38211.gifCopy Subject checkbox in the General panel, the subject is offered autoamtically.
Prim. supplier Here you enter primery supplier of planned product and plan you sales according to this parameter.
Payment within Here you can plan expected payment or delays in payment.
Expected Delay Here you can incorporate expected delays in payments to your plan.
Region It displays the region that can be found in the Postal Codes register from which comes the customer. It is not obligatory to enter this information. This data is excluded if the Customer and Country fields are entered.
Country Here is displayed the coutry that can be found in the Countries register of the customer. It is not obligatory to enter this data. This data is excluded if the Customer and Region fields are entered.
Customer Type Here is displayed the type of customer that can be found in the Subject Types register. It is not obligatory to enter this data. It is excluded if the Customer field is entered.
Item Select the item ID from the Items register. It is not obligatory to enter this data. This data is excluded if the Primary Category and Secondary Category fields are entered.
Primary Category Select the category (primary) ID from the item Categories register.  It is not obligatory to enter this data. This data is excluded if the Item ID and Secondary Category fields are entered.
Secondary Category Select the category (secondary) ID from the Items Categories register. It is not obligatory to enter this data. This data is excluded if the Item ID and Primary Category fields are entered.
Cost Center You can plan sales also on the level of cost center. It is not obligatory to enter this data.
Sales Department You can also plan sales on the level of a specific department. It is not obligatory to enter this data. If you checked the 38212.gifCopy Department checkbox in the General panel, a department is offered automatically.
Warehouse You can also plan sales on the level of a specific warehouse. It is not obligatory to enter this data.
Consignee You can also plan sales on the level of a specific consignee. It is not obligatory to enter this data.
Clerk You can also plan sales on the level of a specific clerk. It is not obligatory to enter this data.
Document Type You can also plan sales on the level of a specific document type. It is not obligatory to enter this data.
Responsible person You can also plan sales on the level of a specific responsible person. It is not obligatory to enter this data.
Subject code You can also plan sales on the level of a specific subject code. These are inserted as External IDs onto individual item. It is not obligatory to enter this data.

 

3. Right click options in the main table

 Right click on the cell in the main table opens a few options.

Copy to Next Period Click on this option on the selected cell will copy plan from selected cell to the next period (e.g. from February 2020 to March 2020).
Copy to All Following Periods Click on this option on the selected cell will copy plan from selected cell to all the following periods (e.g. from February 2020 to March 2020, April 2020, May 2020...).
Copy line Click on this option will duplicate plan line in the main table with all planned values.

 

4. Right click options in the detailed table

 Right click on the cell in the detailed table opens a few options.

Copy Price for All In development
Copy Price for Selected Line In development

 

General form contains three additional functionalities in Wizard:
  • Plan generator where you automatically plan on the basis of previously used data.

  • Transfer from orders where you can prepare plan based on your orders.

  • Paste from Excel which enables you to paste (import) data to main grid from Excel file.

  • Paste from Excel into Details which enables you to paste (import) data to details grid from Excel file.

  • Check Formulas which enables you to check validity of cerated formulas.
