Transfer selected to register

The Wizzard Transfer selected to register transferrthe selected fixed assets into the Fixed Assets register.

This chapter shows how to use Wizard in PANTHEON Fixed Assets Inveotry Granule.

CASE SUMMARY After Tecta's employee Asseta Fixed crates new Fixed assets invetory count she would like to transfer data into Fixed Assets register. For this she uses Transfer selected to register Wizard. This is done by following the steps below:​ Creating new FA inventory Selecting Wizard Transfer selected to register Adjusting Fixed Asets Inventory recods Confirming the inventory count

1. Creating new FA inventory

Firstly she creates new FA inventory and fills it with all the necessary data. 

This is done as described in chapter Creating new FA invetory  following steps 1. to 3.

She countines using Wizards  Export inventory.

2. Selecting Wizard Transfer selected to register

Once the inventory document is created, the person responsible clicks the button Wizards in the toolbar and selects Transfer selected to register.

Next, she enters adjust Fixed Inventory records according to the actual situation.

3. Adjusting Fixed Asets Inventory recods

The person responsible enters the actual Fixed Inventory data into the program.
