Labeling
This is the task usually which is usually done with sparkling wines. Additionally, this is a task which is like Disgorging and Labelingm done on already bottled wines.
Starting the task is via right click of the mouse on the cellar graphic overview:

Date of processing (today's date by default).

Wine variety is selected from drop-down. You can pick only wines with primary classification: WINE_BOTTLED |
Lot no |
If there are more serial numbers for bottled wine, you can select correct serial. |

Quantity of wine which will be done within particular task |

Total qty of material used for all the wine in the task, meaning from all the containers in particular task. |
Details
Task contains detailed information about wine and the task. If information on wine, not the task, was already recorded on previous task, it will be transfered to next one.
