Status |
Select the status of the Treatment. Each treatment can have as many statuses as you like.
When entering a new order, the status with the lowest alphanumeric value is used by default

Cost Ctr. |
We can enter cost center from dropdown. If the cost center is set on document type than this field is filled automatically. |
Subject |
Here you define the ID of the animal owner. After selecting this field, all other fields of the subject are filed. You can find owners by Subject, Name, Surname, Farm ID or Vat Code. If you want to change the owner when an animal has been entered, the program will display an error (see Subject can't be changed, because animals have been inserted treatment document!). |
Holding |
This is a unique number of the holding. Each farm has their own Holding ID. This Holding ID is automatically entered also from mobile app if it's defined on the owner. |

This button "Serach"is active only when we open new treatment document. After we choose an Owner button will become be inactive. We can open window search also with function CTRL+F

This button is activated when number of Holding is entered if it is not then this button is hidden. This is only for Slovenian localization. |

This Consenst is read only field. If owner has any consenst enterd in Subjects -consent , than this field is marked with check mark. |
Number |
The unique number of the document: a two digit code for the year, a code for the type of document (identical to that found in the Document Types settings), and the six digit serial number of the document.
The number is generated automatically and cannot be changed. |
Department |
Enter or select the department. If the department is defined for the user, it is automatically assigned on treatment document creation.
Department is automatically added also through mobile app, if department is set on veterinarian in contacts.

Clerk |
The user who created the document. It can't be changed. |
Veterinary |
You can insert or select Veterinary who made treatment. When entering document is by default filled in this field responsible person . If you don't insert veterinarian and click to another tab, program will raise error (see Veterinary must be selected!)
In case more than one veterinarian is involved in the treatment. Click on this button opens

Treatment type |
Here you can define type of treatment document:
- Individual treatment – meaning that you will enter data for each animal on treatment document individually – is selected by default.
- Group treatment – meaning you will enter data for all animals inserted on treatment document. When the Group treatment is selected, the tabs Insemination and Vaccination are hidden.

Phone |
If the owner does not have data about the phone we can enter in this filed and when we save the data will be automatically added to the owner. |
Email |
If the owner does not have data about the Email we can enter in this filed and when we save the data will be automatically added to the owner. |
Note |
You can enter a note about the treatment document.This note is displayed on invoice if we tick the option Transfer Note, at creating invoice from treatment.

Completion date |
This field is read only. When we click button Finish Treatment or we create bill this field will be filled up automatically.
This field is automatically entered also from mobile app when we create invoice or packing slip.
