Vaccination
In this tab, you enter all relevant data for animal vaccination. The appearance of this tab depends on the type of treatment. If individual treatment is selected, the animal list is displayed at the top of the tab.
Here, you enter data for individual animals.
Here, you enter data for all selected animals.
- If there aren't any records in the grid, then click on the button to fill the default vaccination type from Vaccination Type Register; else, it just opens a new row so you can enter a new vaccination type.
| Vaccination Type |
Choose Vaccination Type from the drop-down. With a double click on this field Vaccination Type Register is opened. |
| Vaccine Item |
The ID of the Vaccine Item. If a Vaccine Item is defined for the selected Vaccination Type in Vaccination Type Register, then it is filled automatically in Vaccination tab and in Performed Services, except if it isn't defined as a Package.

WARNING
If the option Only active items can be selected in Document Types settings then only active items will be shown in the dropdown menu.

| Item Name |
The name of the Vaccine item. Type the ID or choose it from the lookup list. An item can also be found and selected in the Name field - in this case, the item's ID will be entered automatically.

| Quantity |
The quantity of performed Vaccinations. When entering a quantity, it's also automatically written in Tab Performed Services. In case that quantity is not entered, then we get a message.

| Interval |
Enter when the next vaccination will occur - in our case, it will occur again in 1 Year (Period Type). If an Interval is defined for the selected Vaccination Type in the Vaccination Type Register, then it is filled automatically |
| Period Type |
Choose Period Type (Day, Week, Month, Year) to define when the next Vaccination of this type will occur. If Period Type is defined for the selected Vaccination Type in Vaccination Type Register, then it is filled automatically |
| Next Vacc. Date |
It is calculated from Interval and Period Type, but it can also be changed or defined without Interval or Period Type. period type. If the next vaccination date isn't specified, then an error occurs:

When we click this button opens the window where we can plan the vaccinations.
We enter the following data:
- start date
- period type
- Time frame
- recurrences
In the end, we can "Confirm" the data, or we click "Exit" if we do not plan the vaccination.

If in the Vaccination Type Register is selected the national ID No. is obligatory, and if it isn't defined for Owners in Animals Register next error occurs:
If the owner has no data entered that is important for exporting vaccination to the national register, then he will get an error message when he adds the vaccination
