Enter or select insurance company. Data is obligate.

Enter Insurance policy number. Data is obligate.

|
Enter or select if you are inseminating a cow or heifer.

Enter participation percentage from insurance policy.

Insurance Item (o)

Enter or select insurance Item, which serves to deduct value on the invoice that is covered by insurance. Data is obligate

If the option Only active items can be selected in Document Types settings then only active items will be shown in the dropdown menu.

Enter or select the starting date of the policy.

Enter or select the date when the policy expires.
