Insurance

 

The Insurance tab is visible only for individual treatment.

Button  Saves changed data in this tab.
Button  Deletes data from this tab for selected animals. 
Button  Opens window to copy data between animals.
Button  Copy insurance into Owner/Animal Entry in tab insurance, so next time you will select animal it will be automatically added in document treatment.

 

2. Data

List of the data that we need to enter:

Insurance (o)

Enter or select insurance company. Data is obligate.

Policy No. (o)

Enter Insurance policy number. Data is obligate.

Cow/Heifer

Enter or select if you are inseminating a cow or heifer.

Particip. Perc.

Enter participation percentage from insurance policy.

Insurance Item (o)

Enter or select insurance Item, which serves to deduct value on the invoice that is covered by insurance. Data is obligate

WARNING

If the option Only active items can be selected in Document Types settings then only active items will be shown in the dropdown menu.

 

Valid from 

Enter or select the starting date of the policy.

Valid to

Enter or select the date when the policy expires.
