39I - Increased Workload

When we hire new employee we need to enter in Salary Parameters, if we have employment for limited duration we need to set Employment Reason: 2. Temporarily increased workload.  

 

Sex

Report can be made by selecting only women/ men/any.

Employees

Report can be made for a specific Employee.

Empl. Relationship

Report can be made for specific Empl. Relationship.

Departments

Report can be made for specific department.

Cost center

Report can be made for specific cost center.

Education

Report can be made for specific education.

Occupation 

Report can be made for specific occupation.

Positions

Report can be made for specific position.

Postal area

Report can be made for specific postal area (where Employees live).

Municipality

Report can be made for specific Municipality.

Marital Status

Report can be made for specific marital status (e.g. only married)

“Status”

Report can be made by selecting employment status.

Citizenship

Report can be made according to citizenship of Employees.

Length of Service Incr.

Report can be made for specific length of Service increase.

Payout Location

Report can be made for specific payout location.

Age from/to

Report can be made for specific age of Employees.

Sort by A

We can choose specific concept to make report.

By sorting program first takes into account specific form of printout (department), after that sorting by chosen criteria.
The same stands for all users printout that are sorted only by departments. Sort by can be written as Q1.acDept or acDept, at the end can also be asc for sorting by increasing sequence, which is already default. Department field must not be written in numbers.
For Sorting in criteria you can also write
(select P.acDept from tHR_Prsn P where P.acRegNo = Q1.acRegNo)
This is possible only for increasing data sequence, because within the criteria we always choose increasing sequence.

Active only

Report can be made only for active Employees.

We can choose custom fields, which is already open in Administration Panel | Salary | Custom Fields.

Value from/to

We can set a value from/to for the custom field.

General Data

Empl. start from/to 

Report can be made according to the date of start of Employment in the Firm.

Employed to  from/to

Report can be made according to the date of ending of Temporary work.

Empl. End from/to

Date when Employee will end working for the firm.

Employed from/to

Report can me made for Employees that have come to the Firm last.

Date of Birth from/to

If we would like to printout card for birthday for Employee, we can do it in two ways. First we can set the period for program to consider. If we don't set the period the prgoram will printout the cards for all Employees that have birthday in current year.
We can also choose this option when we would like to make a
report, which Employees have birthday in specific period.

Residence permit from/to

This option allows us to set additional criteria for making the report about other data of Foreigners.  This way we can make a report which residence permits for Employees will expire in the specific period.

Work permit from/to

We can make a report of which working permits are going to expire in certain period.

Employed as of 

Report can be made for certain date of Employment in the firm. Program will consider the date that is set in Employee Files l ... l Employment record in column End.

 

Make report.

If we put the computer mouse on the subject, employee, document, position, cost center, department, arrow changes shape. With one click we can open code list, document, employee file.
