Payment methods
The Payment methods register serves as a list of all possible methods of payment that can be used in wholesale, purchasing and in retail POS.
As it is crucial for the settings of this register to be correctly linked, a predefined set of most commonly used payment methods is already included and ready to use.
The Payment methods register/tab opens either when clicking Registers | Payment methods in the main menu, or from the Registers on the Payment methods tab.
The window can be divided into two sections:
- Command line – with an important action button: Create new payment method (opens a new page).
- List of payment methods – the biggest part of the screen with payment methods and their data, shows directly after selecting Payment methods in the menu.
List of payment methods
You can search through the list of payment methods in the Search field.
The list enables sorting payment methods and filtering them by condition in the following columns:

Max 3-character alphanumerical code of the payment method.

Description of this payment method (up to 100 characters).

Type
|
Method of payment – two types are allowed:
- G – Cash: cash or checks.
- N – Non-cash: payment orders, bank transfers, cards etc.
