Resources structure

The Resources structure section of the Resources register displays all the company’s resources, their data, and their organization in a hierarchical tree structure.

Using the filters, the resources displayed can be narrowed down. You can also select a basic or detailed view of the resources' data.

By selecting the resource in the table, all data can be reviewed or edited in the Tabs section of the register.

Below is a description of the form’s features.

1. Filters

Using the filters in this section, you can narrow down the resources displayed in the table.

Resource

Enter or select the resource you want to have displayed in the table.

Cost ctr.

Enter or select the Cost center by which you want to filter the resources in the table.

Department

Enter or select the Department by which you want to filter the resources in the table.

Warehouse

Enter or select the Warehouse by which you want to filter the resources in the table.

Status

Enter or select the status of the resource by which you want to filter the resources in the table.

Filter

By clicking the button, you use the filters selected in this section.

Detailed view

If checked, the filters are available, and the data that is more detailed, is displayed in the table.

2. Table of resources

In this section, the resources and their data are displayed according to the filters set. The hierarchy of resources can also be seen.

Resource

Displays the name of the resource and the icon of the resource type.

If there are subordinate resources, they can be shown by clicking the arrow next to the resource.

Picture

By clicking the  icon, the picture of the resource is displayed.

Department

Displays the Department of the resource.

Cost Ctr.

Displays the Cost center  of the resource.

Warehouse

Displays the Warehouse of the resource.

Time From

Displays the start time of the resource availability.

Time to

Displays the end time of the resource availability.

 (Employees)

Displays the number of employees that can work on the resource at the same time.

 (Machines)

Displays the number of machines on the resource.

 (Shifts)

Displays the number of shifts of the resource availability.

Set-Up Costs

Displays the time of the set up costs defined for the resource.

Production Costs

Displays the time of the production costs defined for the resource.

Next Maintenance

Displays the working hours left, or the number of items that can be produced before the next maintenance.

Planned – Resource

Displays the number of items for production, which are currently planned on the resource.

Status

Displays the status of the resource.
