Resources Report

The Resources Report form allows you to generate different reports from the Resources register, according to the parameters chosen in the form.

You can open the form by clicking the (Reports) button and selecting Reports in the toolbar of the Resources register form.

Below is a description of the form’s features.

1. Report type

Here you can select the type of report you want to generate.

You can generate a report by double clicking the report type.

By default, there are four types of reports:

2. Criteria

In this section, select the criteria for the report.

Resource

Select or enter the ID of the resource.

Parent Resource

Select or enter the ID of the parent resource. All subordinate resources will be included in the report.

Regulation

Select or enter the regulation.

Salary Grade

Select or enter the salary grade.

Department

Select or enter the department.

Cost Center

Select or enter the cost center.

Resource Type

Check the box next to the resource type that you want to include in the report.

The options are:

  • Work
  • Cumulative
  • External

Sort By

Select the criteria for the resources to be sorted by, in the report.

The options are:

  • Resource – resources are sorted by resource ID.
  • Name – resources are sorted by resource name.
  • Superior – resources are sorted by superior resource.

To Level

Select the level to which the hierarchy of resources will be shown on the report.

This criteria is only visible, and is the only criteria available, when the 407 – Hierarchy of Resources is selected.

Maintenance

Select the maintenance criteria of the resources to be shown on the report.

  • All
  • Only resources that need servicing

Report

By clicking the button you generate the report with the chosen criteria.
