Import of Chart of accounts from Excel file

Import of Chart of accounts from Excel file

Chart of accounts can be imported from Excel file. For a successful import of the accounts is essential information on the number and account name. Import of the chart of accounts can be performed over button  (Import / Export Data).

The file can be imported more than once. In the case of re-import will be asked if you want to overwrite the existing records, which means that the data will be overwritten with the changed file. If you want the program to import a totally new chart of accounts from a file, it is advisable to open a blank document header - the new Chart of accounts, which means to cancel the transfer of  the old Chart of accounts at the opening of the header of the document.

Use regional settings

Different setting of SQL server, keyboard and language on your computer can cause that certain characters for a particular language are not imported. In this case, try to import with or without this settings turned on.
Import By clicking the trigger imports from the file.
Structure By clicking on button Structure, default structure for import from Excel file is shown.
