Entering data for animals

Animal Data

In this window, you can enter all relevant data for animals.

The  button hides the window of the owner, so you can see the entered data of the animal more easily.

When entering animal data, the following tabs are available:

• General – general data of the animal – tab is always visible.
• Dogs – data relevant for dogs – tab is visible if the proper category is selected.
• Cats – data relevant for cats –  tab is visible if the proper category is selected.
• Cattle – data relevant for cattle –  tab is visible if the proper category is selected.
• Equines – data relevant for equines –  tab is visible if the proper category is selected.
• Pigs, Sheep, Goats, others – data relevant for pigs, small cattle, others – tab is visible if the proper category is selected.
• Family members -  Data about mother and father. In case we have Shelter, we can also see offspring.
• Insurance - Insert an insurance policy for the animal – the tab is always visible.
• Documentation – Attach documentation on animals. The tab is always visible.
• Outstanding - data about open treatments and invoices - tab is always visible.
• Custom fields - data that the user sets arbitrarily - tab is always visible.
• Shelter - data relevant for shelter - tab is visible if we tick​ the option in the Administration panel "Software is used for a shelter

Create New group

If the Owner has data about the Holding ID, then we can also add the Holding ID also on the new animal. By default, an automatically entered Holding ID is in the header of the Owner. If the owner has more than one Holding ID, then we can change them.
