List of parcel documents, which will expire

List of parcel documents, which will expire

First we have to choose ARES procedure that we have in database. We go on Settings - Administration Panel - Settings - Task Autorun

On mask for Autorun, we choose DPA in our case 4000090 - List of parcel documents, which will expire. And we have to choose when this DPA will run. In our case we choose At Pantheon Start, because we need this information every time when we start Pantheon. The program will alert us  30 days before expire and we also see this documents 12 days after expire.

When we set the settings and we run Pantheon one more time, we will first see the table with contracts that will expire in next days.

Double click on ID of Parcel, open the parcel and we can chance the data about Contract.
