Contains information about items for Viticulture and Winemaking. If these setting are not defined correctly, item types are not visible in winemaking process (e.g. if item Chardonnay does not have primary category WINE, it won't be visible in winemaking tasks).

Item Categories: used to define primary categories for items, which have to be handled withing Grape or Wine module.

• Grapes: Primary category for grapes
• Wine:  Primary category for wine
• Bottled Wine: Primary category for bottled wine
• Must: Primary category for must
• Bottled Must: Primary category for bottled must
• Concentrated Must:  Primary category for concentrated must
• Rectified Must: Primary category for rectified must

Item Types: used to define item types for different wine tasks

• Wine Tasks: Item type for wine tasks
• Wine - External services: Item type for wine tasks done by external service

Open Wine Tasks: used to define items for particular wine processing tasks. Item is used in winemaking processing to add task costs to wine own price.

• Grape Pressing: Item, used for winemaking task grape pressing
• Wine Cleaning: Item, used for winemaking task wine cleaning
• Wine Filtering: Item, used for winemaking task wine filtering
• Adding Enzymes: Item, used for winemaking task adding enzymes
• Adding Yeast: Item, used for winemaking task adding yeast
• Wine Condensing: Item, used for winemaking task wine condensing
• Acidity Adjustment: Item, used for winemaking task acidity adjustment
• Wine Chaptalization: Item, used for winemaking task wine chaptalization
