Variables #Del# in formula for calculating Length
For calculating Length of Service Bonus, we can use Custom Fields from Employee Files.

1. Custom Fields in Administration Panel
First we need to name Custom Field in Settings | Program | Administration Panel | Personnel | Payroll | Custom Fields in the Tab Employee Files and you fill Employee Fields Captions write which custom field we want to rename, we can use the following Custom Fields: Del01, Del03, Del04, Del05, Del06, Del07, Del15, Del21, Del22, Del23, Del24, Del25, Del26, Del27.
2. Custom Fields in Employee Files
In Employee Files in Position/Salary in Custom Fields we write in specific field the data that we want to use for calculating the Length of Service Bonus.
3. Payroll Setting
In the Payroll Preparation we created a new Earning type that we will use for calculating the Length of Service Bonus. As a formula for its calculation we entered #Del01#
We can check it Payroll Preparation in the tab Pay Slip.
