IRIS 3349 - Debit amounts must be entered to the account ()!

 

 

When entering the journal entry line you must enter the amount to be posted. Enter the debit or credit amount.

If you do not enter either and only debit postings are allowed on the account, then such an item is not displayed and the above error occurs. 

Solution:

1. Enter debit amounts to be posted.

2. Change the options for the account. Open the Chart of Accounts register and change the option for the posting side in the Posting field.
