IRIS 1000001034 Account (xxx) does not exist in the Chart of Accounts!

 

 

You tried to post payroll to the account which does not exist in the Chart of Accounts register, and it exist in the Chart of Accounts register as a non active but valid from.

Solution:

1. Add the account to the Chart of Accounts register, but to that Chart of Account that on the date of posting is not necessarily active, but the date of posting is after the date in the field Valid From.

2. The reference to the account code on the Earning Types register where the non-existing account is selected - needs to be corrected.
